If the cat eats a small amount of crystal litter, it is safe.

Cat paws have thick pads and are naturally suited for outdoor environments. The crystal litter’s texture will not cause harm.

Kittens can use it. For kittens under 1.5kg, use Manual mode. On the back of the machine, about 10cm above the power adapter, switch the Manual/Auto switch to Manul.

The replacement cartridge cannot be reused; dispose of it in the appropriate trash.

If the 05 alert “Too many uses, possible illness” appears, check whether the cat has a urinary system disease and treat it promptly. During illness, the cat may use the litter box 30–50 times a day. To prevent frequent unnecessary actions, use Manual mode or set the automatic cleaning interval in the App to the longest. Return to normal use after the cat recovers.

During normal use, 10%-15% of litter enters the waste box; over time, this may increase by about 10%. If it exceeds this:

1. Was all litter in the waste box emptied before use?

2. Ensure the machine is on a level surface. Is the floor horizontal?

3. Is there any mat or similar object under the machine affecting its level?
