1. Check whether the machine is placed on a level surface. A tilted surface can affect the litter leveling.
2. In hot seasons, select “Summer Mode” in the App; in cold seasons, deselect it. This can improve the litter leveling.
1. Check whether the “Manual/Auto” switch above the power adapter on the back of the machine is set to Auto.
2. Is the automatic cleaning interval set in the App too long? The machine won’t clean until the set time is reached.
3. In standby mode (if the machine is alarming, press the button to cancel first), long-press the button for more than 1 second. Does the machine clean once? If not, the motor may be damaged — contact after-sales support.
4. When the cat enters, does the headlight turn on? About 1 minute after leaving, does the countdown light turn on? If neither light turns on, unplug the machine for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Upon power-on, the machine will self-check components and issue alerts. If any components are damaged, contact after-sales support.
